Paid courses require upfront payment. Refunds follow our Refund Policy in the FAQ. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal or internal business use during the access window.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, or publicly post course materials
• Do not attempt to disrupt or bypass security features
• Do not harass coaches or peers in community spaces

All trademarks, logos, and content are the property of CalmTrail Institute or its licensors. You may not use our marks without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee promotions, funding, or specific business outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmTrail Institute will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
